On the last day in San Francisco my sister and I saw the Fashion World of Jean Paul Gaultier exhibit, at the de Young Museum. The exhibit was amazing.Prerecorded images were projected on the manequins wearing Jean Paul designs, this gave the appearance that they were speaking and looking right at you. Beading galore, so much detail in to every design. His design pieces were art. My favorite parts of the exhibit…. the mermaids of course.

I took so many pictures and 5 sec. video on a display of what was soppused to be Jean Paul pep talking himself in the mirror. His reflection would speak back to him assuring him that being himself was a-OK. It was amazing. Of course my taping was quickly inturrupted by a security, No taping was allowed inside the exhibit. Oops..
:( Needless to say this exhibit was a must see and a great ending to my trip.
